Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fin & Shell. We want you to love your ocean-inspired gear as much as we do. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized products

4. How to Start a Return

1. Email Us: Send a message to finandsshell@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a Return Authorization along with the return shipping address.

3. Ship It Back: Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address. (Please note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs).

5. Refunds & Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or if you received the wrong product (e.g., wrong turtle or shark design), we will make it right immediately. Please email us at support@finandshell.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage, and we will ship a replacement to you at zero extra cost.
